Today at 7:48 AM I issued a news release via BusinessWire. Search in Google for "Family Enterprise Returns New York Best-Selling Author’s Novels to New Generations of Readers of History and Romance" or fraction thereof. It went to the Metro NY market, as well as publishing-oriented companies and secondary schools and universities. For the money ($325) this will cover a lot of ground. AP is on the list, as is Publisher's Weekly, and most other national news outlets. They wouldn't let me put the cover on the page, so I made a "quickie" logo and stuck it in there:
I will edit it later for a more professional look, but for now it's better and more colorful than my book logo:
OOOOOOoooooKkkkkkkkkkkayyyyyyyyyy.
It's late, and I have Project Review in the morning at my "real" job. The economy is declining, and I must show what I'm doing to keep sales numbers up. I'm not worried at this point. Time will tell.
So, keep the faith, and let's hope the big stimulus gets the country in gear, and soon. Meanwhile, read a book.
